What's Covered:

• Motor malfunctions or failure to operate as intended

• Issues with charging components (excluding normal wear)

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, surface scratches)

• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to Make a Claim:

1. Contact us at support@wesellsextoys.com with your order number

2. Provide a brief description and photo/video of the issue

3. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no charge — or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
